The 2018 tour by a bunch of Tykes who venture to Barcelona.
So, surprisingly, we all managed to meet up at St.Pancras station, Kevin from Berwick, myself from Thanet, the others on the Great Central. We caught the 15:31 to Paris where we were in good time to have a few beers before retiring for the night.
We are booked into the Helvetia Hôtel for an overnight stay in Paris.

We were up fairly early to catch the 10:07 train from Gare de lyon to Barcelona. The journey was uneventful and arrived on time at 16:34.
Six of us shared a Paella and tapas which was very good. We then called into a bar for liquid refreshment. Ken, kevin and myself decided to have a nightcap in O'Hara's Irish bar, this is a place to avoid unless you wish to communicate via sign language or text.
